Demetrius J. Porche DNS, APRN, FAANP
Dr. Porche is Dean of LSUHSC School of Nursing with over 20 years experience in practice and education. He earned a BSN from Nicholls State University; MN and DNS degrees from Louisiana State University Medical Center; and FNP coursework at Concordia University Wisconsin. He has a PhD in Organization and Management with a Specialization in Leadership from Capella University. Dr. Porche is the Founder and Editor of the American Journal of Men's Health. He is the Immediate Past-President of the American Assembly for Men in Nursing. He has published one community health book, and one health policy book, and over 80 publications and over 75 presentations in his area of expertise of men's health, public/community health nursing, and HIV/AIDS.
