S. Dale G Jafari DNP, FNP-BC, FAANP
Dr. S. Dale G. Jafari, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner and the Midshore Regional Medical Director for the Talbot County Children's Advocacy Center in Maryland. She was NPAM President in 2015 and again in 2024 and former NPAM PAC chair, Legislative Committee member. Her commitment to access to care and disease burden reduction coupled with active engagement in political activism supporting NP Full Practice Authority led to AANP Fellowship in 2023. The highlights of her career include the AANP State Award for Clinical Excellence and the opportunity to join in the signing of the Full Practice Authority Legislation. She has 47 years of experience in healthcare; 46 in Women's Health and five in Child Abuse evaluation and treatment, the last 27 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She received a BSN and MSN FNP from Wilmington University and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Dr. Jafari retired from her Women's Health practice in 2025 and continues her per diem work with the Child Advocacy Centers.
