Alicia A Huckstadt PhD, APRN, FNP-BC, FAANP
Dr. Huckstadt is a Full Professor, certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner, has a PhD in Education, a PhD in Nursing, and has a successful clinical practice with funded health projects. She has been instrumental in the education of hundreds of NP graduates and over 1000 family NPs in a multi-university consortium as a faculty member and Graduate Program Director. Dr. Huckstadt has led numerous initiatives from NP online courses to development and successful accreditation of the DNP program. She has received many leadership and teaching awards and was named the 2010 Educator of the Year by the Kansas State Nurses' Association.
