Dr. Dorothy M. Mullaney is the retired Chief Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Officer at Dartmouth Health. She is a neonatal nurse practitioner and the inaugural Chief APP Officer Director of Associate Providers at Dartmouth Health, located in Lebanon, NH. Her focus in this leadership role is to ensure NPs are able to practice to the full extent of scope, which she advocates for at the local, regional and national level. Dr. Mullaney is the recipient of several awards recognizing her commitment to NP practice and advocacy for the NP role.
