Susan Mullaney DNP, NP-C, GNP-BC, GS-C, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. Susan Mullaney is a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and a Gerontological Specialist (certified) who has been with UnitedHealth Group for over 23 years. Throughout her UHG career, Sue has held several leadership positions at the local, regional and national role. She transitioned from Optum to UHG and currently serves as Vice President of Center for Clinician Advancement/Medical Affairs. In this role, Sue leads initiatives that promote the role of clinicians with an emphasis onĀ leadership, workforce initiatives and health policy and advocacy. Sue serves on national taskforces and Boards and is active within her professional organizations. Sue received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Masters of Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her Bachelors from Boston College. Dr. Mullaney has been recognized most recently by The American Academy of Nursing as a Fellow in 2022.
