Marye Dorsey Kellermann PhD, CRNP, FAANP,DEGN, CNE,CHSE
Dr. Kellermann is an international leader in accelerated teaching methods and founder of NECESSARY NP Reviews. She presented her right brain approach to teaching at the WORLD Neuroscience International Symposium for clinicians from 18 countries. Dr. Kellermann is a popular presenter for AANP symposiums. She has been an associate professor and acting associate dean of Coppin State FAMILY NP program Dr. Kellermann also recently taught for almost 9 years,fulltime, faculty in the DNP,PHD and MSN programs at Catholic University. In the role Dr. Kellermann offered hybrid and face to face teaching. She began a telehealth pilot program in Maryland. She has testified before the Maryland State Assembly for reimbursement for NPs as it relates to telehealth.She has worked with a Johns Hopkins affiliated neurology group practice as the nurse researchers for a COQ study and its affect on Parkinson patients, by the NIH. Currently she offers pro bono health care to religious sisters in Baltimore. She completed a PhD in organizational leadership. Her current interest after completing a post graduate certificate program at U of Md on Integrative Wellness and Health,is to foster self wellness strategies to reclaim or maintain health for nurse educators, leadership, health care providers and patients/families.
