Karen Holder FNP-BC, CNM, AHN-BC, MHS, FAANP
Since 1980, Karen Holder has pioneered sustainable population & culturally sensitive care models through patient and community partnering. Her work reaches across the lifespan from prenatal to end of life programs for American Indian, urban poor and special needs populations. An advocate for underserved, her expertise has been acknowledged by local, state, national and international agencies. Her leadership in NP driven grassroots health policy work has gained her recognition through elected and appointed positions in Massachusetts, California, and Arizona and through humanitarian efforts in South and Central America. Her clinical work as CNM, FNP and preceptor continue in a rural CHC.
