Dr. Wendy Thal is focused on service to medically underserved populations locally and internationally. As an expert educator, she engages students and colleagues in promoting the professional role of the APRN worldwide. She has been awarded the Chancellor's Council Distinguished Teacher Award and is a two-time recipient of the President's Excellence in Interprofessional Teamwork Award.
