Billie Jo Madler DNP, APRN, FNP-C, FAANP
Dr. Billie Madler is the Chair of Online and Distance Nursing Education at the University of Mary and concurrently maintains an active clinical practice in emergency medicine and rural health. Combining clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, Dr. Madler was a leading contributor, through legislative efforts, that advanced the NP profession and resulted in full practice authority for North Dakota. She has been recognized by AANP as the State Award of Excellence selection on two occasions, in 2009 for NP Practice and in 2015 NP Advocacy. Influencing nurse practitioner competency upon entry to practice is her passion.
