Kathleen Gray DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, FAANP
Kathleen Gray, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, FAANP is a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Associate Professor in Graduate DNP studies and the Director of the DNP Executive Leadership Program at Jefferson College of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her passion is in clinical practice and advanced practice nursing education. Dr. Gray was awarded the Friends of Nursing Award in Advanced Practice for her clinical work, and was the first nurse practitioner to lead a primary care practice in the Lehigh Valley. She was a preceptor to nurse practitioner students in her clinical practice. Dr. Gray has been a leader in educating nurses in advanced practice in primary care, and was a Family Nurse Practitioner Program Director for ten years. She is involved in research with veterans’ health care, especially women veterans with PTSD and TBI. She recently published her research on the experiences of nurses caring for patients with COVID-19 at the start of the pandemic.
