Dr. Arlene Wright is an expert primary care clinician practicing in Fort Myers, Florida. Her strong leadership and advocacy skills positioned her to be selected as the first director of Advanced Practice Providers within the 2nd nationally ranked independent ACO. Dr. Wright’s significant contributions have raised the level of NP practice and moved state legislation closer to full practice. Dr. Wright’s dedication to promoting quality educational experiences for NP students and mentoring new NP’s provided the impetus to create a sustainable preceptor model aligning academia with clinical practice. She has been the recipient of numerous accolades including the FNA Advanced Registered Nurse award and the AANP NP Advocacy award for Florida.
