Tammy L Austin-Ketch PhD, FNP-BC, FAANP
Dr. Austin-Ketch is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. She played an integral role in incorporating addictions and cultural competency into the FNP curricula at the University at Buffalo.
She remains active in clinical practice, winning the 2008 AANP New York State NP of Excellence Award. National service activities include serving as the AANP Northern New York Representative.
Publications and presentations include cultural competency, health issues of migrant and seasonal farm work populations, mental health issues in primary care, and issues surrounding cardiovascular health of women.
