Luann G Richardson PhD, DNP, FNP, PMHNP, FAANP
Dr. Luann Richardson currently serves as an Associate Professor at Robert Morris University where she teaches in the NP/DNP programs. Having taught in the classroom and online setting for more than 16 years, she has been instrumental in developing new initiatives, simulations, programs and courses. Her clinical NP experiences include practicing in primary care, cardiology, geriatrics, and mental health settings. These experiences led to leadership roles as well as numerous publications and presentations, some at the national and international level. Dual preparation as a DNP and PHD enables Dr. Richardson to provide a unique perspective to students, patients and colleagues. She is now engaged in publishing, presenting, practicing and teaching. Most recent topics have included Addiction, Resistant Depression, and Geriatric topics.
She is an active member, serving on the board of her local AANP chapter (NPASP).
