Rod W Hicks PhD, RN, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Hicks, a FNP since 1994, is a professor in the College of Graduate Nursing at Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Hicks has an extensive research program that involves safe medication use across a variety of care settings. He has previously served as Chair of the AORN Recommended Guidelines expert panel.
Dr. Hicks is also an accomplished author and has published more than 100 articles, one book, and has presented nationally and internationally.
