Jan M Zdanuk Dodd DNP, FNP-BC, CNS, APRN, FAANP
Championing excellence in NP education, Ms. Zdanuk, a FNP in Ft. Worth, TX has precepted NP students since 1996. Research interests include diabetes, senior care, wound care, women's health and DNP education. Through AANP Foundation funding, she pioneered a successful community wide Hispanic Diabetes Self-Monitoring Education Program. NP Education contributions include book chapters, articles and delivering over 100 podium presentations nationally and internationally. She completed over 25 voluntary medical trips to Africa, Central America, Mexico and Texas, practicing as a FNP and teaching in medically unserved towns and villages. Ms. Zdanuk has received professional accolades including City of Fort Worth honors as a "Health Care Hero" and "TWU Research Scholar."
