Sally J Reel PhD, APRN, CFNP, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. Reel is a clinical professor and distinguished outreach professor at the University of Arizona, College of Nursing. She received a PhD in Nursing in 1994 from the University of Virginia and a master's degree from West Virginia University in 1986. Dr. Reel is a family nurse practitioner (FNP) and is an internationally recognized leader in rural health and underserved populations. Dr. Reel is committed to promoting nurse practitioners through practice, education and research, and is committed to assuring that nurse practitioners are recognized major contributors to the nation's health care system.
