Rosalie O'Dell Mainous PhD, APRN, NNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Mainous has been a nurse for over 35 years and is trained as a neonatal nurse practitioner. She received a PhD in nursing from the University of Kentucky with a focus in neonatal research and was recognized as one of the top 50 graduates from UK. An alumni of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellow program, she developed the national academic nursing competences of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Now Dean and Professor of the College of Nursing, Texas Woman's University she leads five speciality tracks of nurse practitioners with two more are under development.
