Debbie Joy Nogueras Conner PhD, MSN, ANP/FNP-BC, FAANP
Dr. Debbie Conner is the the founding Chair for the Doctor of Nursing Practice and the MSN Family Nurse Practitioner program at Franklin University. She has been a nurse for more than 20 years, including multiple roles in private practice, campus health and wellness, and academia. Dr. Conner serves as an on-site evaluator and consultant for nursing accreditation and education, served on the Arizona Board of Nursing Advanced Practice Committee and the Washington State Nursing Commission program approval panel, and is currently a Trustee for the Florida Nurses Foundation. Dr. Conner has been recognized by her peers as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Rand Wartman / Kadlec Distinguished Chair in Nursing at Washington State University. She was appointed for two consecutive terms, by the Governor of Florida, to The Children’s Trust Governing Board. With almost 7 million dollars in grants and foundation funding, Dr. Conner has successfully led programs in nursing education and healthcare. Her practice, Integrative Holistic Health, serves adults who desire to optimize their health and wellness. Dr. Conner received her BS, MS, and PhD in Nursing from Barry University.
