Antonia (Toni) M Pratt-Reid DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CCRN, FAANP

Dr. Antonia Pratt-Reid is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years of healthcare experience and more than two decades of clinical preceptorship. She is the founder and owner of Family HealthCare Clinics, a multi-site practice rooted in rural Oklahoma and dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that meets patients where they are—whether in clinic, by phone, or at home. Her clinical expertise includes outpatient surgical procedures, chronic disease management, and preventive care, with a special interest in serving medically complex, fragile, and developmentally disabled populations.
Dr. Pratt-Reid earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Oklahoma City University in 2024 and is a Fellow of AANP since 2023. She serves as Legislative Chair for the Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners and has been a longstanding Oklahoma State Liaison to AANP. A nationally recognized speaker, she is a strong and effective advocate for healthcare policy reform, actively advancing legislation to remove unnecessary practice barriers, expand provider capacity, and improve access to care across Oklahoma. She brings decades of frontline clinical experience into policy conversations, ensuring that legislation reflects the realities of patient care and strengthens the healthcare system for both providers and the communities they serve.
