Antonia (Toni) Pratt-Reid, MSN, ARNP, FNP, C-NP, CCRN Ms. Pratt-Reid is a Family Nurse Practitioner with four decades of clinical leadership, legislative advocacy and public health service. As Oklahoma City University’s medical liaison, she developed the university’s strategic policies for Covid-19 mitigation, testing, and vaccination. She is dedicated to the profoundly intellectual and developmentally disabled population, serving as medical director, before folding them into her practice at the closure of the institution. As the AANP Oklahoma State Representative, Toni is a health policy leader in Oklahoma, crafting legislation to advance the profession and advocating for full practice authority. She received AANP State Award for Excellence twice for her dedication to NP advancement.
