Anne Marie Hirsch PhD, ARNP, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Anne Hirsch has been educating nurse practitioners since 1998 when she helped establish a Family Nurse Practitioner program. Since that time she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of numerous nurse practitioner programs at two universities. She is currently responsible for transitioning the curricula for four specialties to the DNP level. Her board position for the Washington Center for Nursing has provided her the opportunity to serve as a voice for advanced practice nursing. Her clinical activities have focused on serving the underserved both locally and overseas. Her clinical work, through the local health department, is with homeless youth.
