Evelyn G Duffy DNP, AGPCNP-BC, FAANP
Dr. Duffy has been a gerontological nurse practitioner for over 30 years. She introduced the role to many settings including the VA hospital and University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the Florence Cellar Professor of Gerontological Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, and is the Director of the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program preparing NPs who serve in practice and leadership positions throughout the United States.
Dr. Duffy was prepared as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Wisconsin Madison where she received her Master of Science degree in 1981. She completed her nursing practice doctorate in 2004 at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. In 2009 she has was named the Associate Director of the University Center on Aging and Health.
Her clinical practice is in the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
