Sara Ann McCumber DNP, APRN, CNP, CNS, FAANP
Dr. McCumber is a professor and primary care program director at The College of St. Scholastica, she practices as a neurology nurse practitioner at Essentia Health in Duluth, Minnesota. Recognized for her expertise in telehealth simulation, she served on a national workgroup creating the National Telehealth Toolkit for Educators and Faculty and contributed to the iSOAP model, a framework for incorporating telehealth into case simulations. Dr. McCumber has been recognized by the National Hartford Center of Gerontological Nursing Excellence as Distinguished Educator. She is the recipient of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association Award for Excellence in Education as well as the Community Service Award.
