Captain (CAPT) Loe completed the DNP at Texas Tech Health Science Center with Honors and is an expert clinician and operational leader. While deployed to Afghanistan he advised a regional Afghan National Army Surgeon General supporting one-fifth of the country. CAPT Loe influenced practice and policy development that was applied directly to combat and humanitarian operations and was the first Nurse Practitioner to serve as Chairman Naval Hospital Pensacola Disease Management Committee influencing provider care delivery and policy. While assigned to the US Navy Bureau of Medicine he influenced global practice and medical readiness policy. The first nurse practitioner assigned to Aegis Ashore Poland, he influenced operations for two commanding officers as key advisor and provider for U. S. Navy healthcare operations in the county. Currently assigned to Naval Medicine and Readiness Command Beaufort as Director of Branch Clinics. CAPT Loe is currently the deputy director of Naval Health Clinic Lemoore, California and executive officer of Navy Readiness and Training Command Lemoore, California.
