Dr. Deborah Busch is a leader in pediatric primary and lactation practice, with advanced expertise in high/at-risk lactation-dyad populations. Dr. Busch is an Assistant Professor whose practice, research, teaching, and curriculum development includes advanced practice pediatrics, lactation, and DNP courses. She remains active in clinical practice, has received numerous awards for her work, and is a leader and member of several National, State, and regional organizations. Most notably she is the author of the Tri-Core Breastfeeding Conceptual Module for Primary Care, where her scholarly work aims to improve healthcare outcomes among maternal/infant populations and to promote lactation education amongst healthcare professionals.
