Rachel Anna Prosser PhD, APRN, CNP, AAHIVS, FAANP
Dr. Rachel Prosser is the Associate Director of the HIV/AIDS Research Program and nurse practitioner at Hennepin County Medical Center. She serves as the Minnesota Department of Corrections HIV/HCV specialist. Dr. Prosser is the clinical director for Rural AIDS Action Network of Minnesota providing HIV education and clinical consultation for 15 medical case managers. She is faculty for Minnesota AIDS Training and Education Center. Through her education, clinical expertise, collaboration and dedication to HIV clinical care, Minnesota Department of Corrections boasts superior ratings of HIV care. She received the AANP State Excellence Award in 2015.
