Richard Lee Mclaughlin DNP, ACNP-BC, FAANP
Mr. Richard McLaughlin, MS, ACNP-BC, is a Hospitalist at the Monroe Clinic in Monroe, WI. He is the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner faculty member for the Rockford region of the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Nursing and a Doctoral Candidate at the St. Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford, IL.. In addition, he has been an annual faculty presenter at the AANP conferences since 2004 and an active member of the Acute Care Interest Forum Group. He is a member of multiple professional organizations and has authored many publications and lectures nationally on ACNP practice and thoracic topics. Mr. McLaughlin's areas of interest are ACNP specialty practice procedures, including thoracic injuries, procedural competency and nurse practitioner education.
