Amanda D Bennett DNP, FNP-C, FAANP
Dr. Bennett is a certified family nurse practitioner in rural Southeastern Arizona. In May 2009 she graduated from the University of Arizona (U of A) with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and was the first recipient of this degree from the U of A.
Her research focus includes rural advanced practice nursing and rural health culture. She has presented her work locally, regionally, and nationally.
She is an independent contractor in her current practice setting and is founder of her own S-corporation, Dr. Amanda D. Bennett, DNP, FNP-C, PLLC. She is a strong advocate for collaborative health care delivery models that allow NP autonomy.
