Patricia Clinton PhD, RN, CPNP, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Clinton is a Clinical Associate Professor at The University of Iowa College of Nursing. She serves as Director of Master's Programs and Director of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program. Dr. Clinton teaches pharmacology in the BSN program and advanced pediatric content in the graduate program.
Her professional service includes a term as President of the Iowa NAPNAP chapter, member of the executive board of the NAPNAP, President of the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, and President of the NAPNAP Foundation.
At the national level, Dr. Clinton has contributed her expertise to the development of standards and competencies for nurse practitioners.
