Nan M Gaylord PhD, RN, CPNP-PC, PMHS, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. Gaylord is a Professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee where she is the Associate Dean for Practice and Global Affairs. She is also administrator of the College's school-based health center. She has been awarded the Tennessee Nurses Association's Nursing Excellence Award in Advanced Practice, the Knoxville's Business Journal: Healthcare Heroes Award, the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research Successful Practices Initiative Award, the Sigma Theta Tau Clinical Practice Award, and the University of Tennessee's Extraordinary Community Service and the Chancellor's Outstanding Academic Outreach Awards.
