Jenifer A Meno DNP, APRN, FNP-C, RN-BC Colonel (ret) Jenifer Meno is an Army leader and Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience, serving in various clinical, leadership, and strategic positions in the Department of Defense. Her most recent appointment includes Consultant for Family Nurse Practitioners in the Office of the Surgeon General, Army Medical Department. Dr. Meno has been a subject matter expert in supporting the development of FNP's Clinical Practice and Policies across all military services. She is a decorated leader in the Army Nurse Corps and has received the Distinguished Superior Service and Bronze Star medals for her work in joint and combat environments.
