Monica K O'Reilly-Jacob PhD, APRN, FNP-BC, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. O’Reilly-Jacob is an assistant professor and nurse practitioner workforce researcher at the Boston College Connell School of Nursing. With over 25 interdisciplinary, high-impact publications and over a million dollars in research funding, her work guides policy efforts to optimize the NP workforce within the context of payment reform and novel care models. Dr. O’Reilly-Jacob is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and the 2021 New Investigator of the Academy Health Interdisciplinary Research Group on Nursing Issues. She serves on the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Health Policy Advisory Council and the AANP Research Committee.
