Kathryn Wirtz Rugen PhD, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Wirtz Rugen is the Acting Director for Clinical Practice in the VA Office of Nursing Services. She is Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Her expertise is in primacy care, interprofessional education and program evaluation.
She has lead the development and evaluation of NP post-graduate training programs in VA.
