Kathryn Tierney is a nationally recognized expert in transgender care. She is dedicated to developing a culture of respect and clinical excellence. Her leadership and guidance have increased access to care for transgender patients. Through her nationally renowned lectures, publications, and clinical work she inspires other providers to expand their practice to include transgender patients. Her work has been recognized by the Annie Goodrich Award for Excellence in Teaching at Yale University, and the Innovation in Advanced Practice award at Middlesex Health.
