Charles T Yingling DNP, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. Charles Yingling is a clinical professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing where he is the Associate Dean for Professional Practice. Dr. Yingling is a transformative leader in NP education and practice whose work includes the development of innovative educational models for the clinical education of NP students. The focus of Dr. Yingling's clinical scholarship is improving health and healthcare for sexual and gender minority people. Dr. Yingling’s leadership has been recognized with an AANP Advocate State Award for Excellence, the Illinois Healthcare Action Coalition’s ‘40 under 40’ emerging leaders award, and the DAISY award for inspirational influence on students.
