Dr. Molina, a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology and transplant care, is a global leader in genomics education and clinical practice. Since 2009, she has spearheaded heart disease awareness and promoted health care equity at Penn Medicine, creating culturally responsive care models like the Noboru NP model in Japan and Kababayan in the Philippines. As president of the International Transplant Nurses Society (2024-2026), Dr. Molina mentors emerging leaders and champions genomics integration into precision care. With over 100 publications, she has shaped health care policy and practice across 12 countries, delivering a keynote address at the 2024 United Nations.
