Haley M Hoy PhD, ACNP, FAANP
Dr. Hoy is the Interim Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and maintains an active nurse practitioner practice at Vanderbilt Medical Center in lung transplantation. She received her PhD from Vanderbilt University and has taught APRNs for 22 years, directed NP programs, and incorporated geriatric content, informatics and innovative teaching strategies emphasizing a patient-centered focus in the curriculum. Her clinical practice and research focus on lung transplantation and comorbid disease management. Current scholarship includes book chapters, presentations, journal articles; she is the PI for a HRSA education award for nurse practitioner education.
