Melinda Beth Cooling DNP, MBA, APRN, NEA-BC, FAANP
Melinda Cooling, DNP, MBA, APRN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC, FAANP serves as Vice President of Advanced Practice and Chief Clinician Executive for Saint Gabriel Digital Health at OSF HealthCare in IL. Melinda is a nurse practitioner in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and urgent care. She is a visionary leader who conceptualized and leads the Center for Advanced Practice. Melinda serves on multiple national boards related to advanced practice and is a commissioner on accreditation for the American Nurses Credentialing Center Transition to Practice programs. She held faculty positions in undergraduate and graduate colleges of nursing. Dr. Cooling is also an experienced researcher, engaged in studies related to transition to practice, burnout, resilience, and preceptor evaluation for post-graduate fellowships.
