Mary DiGiulio DNP, APN, FAANP
Dr. Mary DiGiulio is the Director of the Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program and Interim Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Rutgers School of Nursing. In her academic roles, she has developed and revised graduate and pre-licensure programs and is an ongoing mentor to new faculty. As the inaugural Chief Operating Officer of Rutgers Community Health Center and Assistant Dean for Clinical Operations at Rutgers University School of Nursing, she oversaw clinical operations and faculty practice initiatives, as well as advisement, and instruction of nurse practitioner students. As an active clinician, she continues to provide primary care for uninsured patients at Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative. She has presented regionally and nationally, co-authored two nursing books, and is a contributing author to nurse practitioner textbooks. She received the Outstanding Faculty Practice Award from the National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties (NONPF) in 2013 for her ongoing clinical activities.
