Jean Bell Ivey PhD, MSN, CRNP, PNP-PC, FAANP
Dr. Ivey is a leader in education, practice and the policy arena. She was Associate Professor and Division Manager, Pediatric Graduate Options in the School of Nursing at the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB).She has received national funding to initiate innovative programs for Pediatric Nurse Practitioner students. Dr. Ivey had a faculty practice in an interprofessional setting focused on an oral health project at UAB providing health screening to young children. Dr. Ivey also participates in international nursing practice with private and university organizations and supervised students in an international elective in Honduras. She recently accepted an adjunct faculty position at the University of Texas at Arlington.
