J. Dwayne Hooks PhD, APRN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC, PMHNP-BC, FACHE, FAANP, FAAN
Dr. J. Dwayne Hooks Jr. currently serves as Executive Associate Dean, Associate Professor of Nursing, and Clinical Director of the nurse-managed health center at Augusta University College of Nursing. Dr. Hooks is dually certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Executive Advanced. He provides NP students with innovative clinical learning experiences both regionally and internationally. He continuously advocates for advancing NP practice by demonstrating their positive contributions to healthcare access and patient outcomes.
