Carolyn Kay Clevenger RN, DNP, GNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC, FAANP, FGSA, FAAN
Carolyn Clevenger is a gerontological nurse practitioner whose practice centers on the development and implementation of innovative models of healthcare delivery. She is Founding Dean and Professor at the University of Georgia School of Nursing. Clevenger is the Founder of Integrated Memory Care, a nurse-led, novel primary care service for people living with dementia. Her research develops and tests psychoeducational programs to build mastery for dementia family caregivers. Additionally, she co-chairs the Georgia Primary Care Workgroup and is the NP member--and only nurse--on the Georgia Healthcare Workforce Board.
