Carolyn Clevenger is a gerontological nurse practitioner whose practice centers on the development and implementation of innovative models of healthcare delivery. She is Professor at the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, Emory University. Clevenger is the Founder and Director (and a practicing Nurse Practitioner) at Integrated Memory Care, a nurse-led, novel primary care service for people living with dementia. Her research develops and tests psychoeducational programs to build mastery for dementia family caregivers. Additionally, she co-chairs the Georgia Primary Care Workgroup and is the NP member--and only nurse--on the Georgia Healthcare Workforce Board.
