Ron Billano Ordona DNP, FNP-BC, GS-C, WCC, FAANP
Dr. Ordona, DNP, FNP-BC, GS-C, WCC, FAANP is a home-based primary care provider, a leader in clinical practice and health policy specializing in delivering community-based care to vulnerable populations. He has owned, managed and grown his private practice since graduating from his family nurse practitioner education in 2013. He continues to grow NP-led initiatives to address complex cases in community-focused care. He co-chairs the GAPNA Home Health and Hospice Coalition and the CANP Health Policy and Practice Committee. In clinical practice, Dr. Ordona focuses on transition of care services for home-bound patients with chronic wounds and co-morbidities like tracheostomies and ventilator dependence. His NP-led congregate living health facility was featured in the Sacramento Bee (July 2021). Dr. Ordona was awarded the AANP State Award for Excellence in 2022 for his health policy and advocacy work and the GAPNA Excellence Award in Clinical Practice in 2021 for home-based primary care.
