Dr. Bobby Bellflower is a distinguished Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and currently holds the position of Executive Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is recognized as a leading expert and educator within the Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing community on a national scale. Her leadership influences patient care outcomes as well as the advancement of the Nurse Practitioner role at local, state, and national levels. Dr. Bellflower possesses a deep commitment to delivering exceptional care to preterm and critically ill infants and their families. Notably, she emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practice in the education of Nurse Practitioners and other students.
