Dr. Adele Caruso practices at Penn Medicine in Urologic Oncology. In clinical practice, Dr. Caruso is acknowledged for work on a shared decision-making model for small renal masses, bladder cancer therapies, and QI initiatives. She is the author of multiple publications and represents an advanced practice voice for Urology Times. Dr. Caruso is recognized for her expertise in health policy and pivotal contributions for advancing Pennsylvania’s efforts towards “Full Practice Authority”! As President of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners [2017-2020], she is credited for establishing PCNP: A New Era in Shaping Health Policy, a novel platform to issue formal comments on proposed legislation.
