Kristin Aamodt Kopelson DNP, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP
Kristin Kopelson, DNP, ACNP-BC, FNP, BC is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Nursing and Co-Director of the Center of Excellence Interprofessional Academic Homeless Patient Aligned Care Team at the Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles, the only national educational center focusing on unhoused veterans. Dr. Kopelson sits on the Veterans Affairs National Standards of Practice Workgroup, the Residency Expansion Initiative Committee, and was Co-Chair of the national Interprofessional Academic PACT Workgroup. She was West Los Angeles Lead Nurse Practitioner and Site Manager serving 90,000 veterans. Dr. Kopelson was California Association for Nurse Practitioners Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Board Member and was awarded the 2015 Nurse Practitioner of Distinction.
