Lauren J Diegel-Vacek DNP FNP-BC CNE FAANP
Dr. Lauren Diegel-Vacek is Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing. She has served as secretary of the Practice Leadership Network Steering Committee for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and is currently Chair of the NONPF Faculty Practice Special Interest Group. From 2012-2017, she was Chair of the APRN Council of the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital & Health Science Systems. She has presented at national and regional conferences on innovations for supporting faculty practice and issues impacting nurse practitioner reimbursement.
