Nichole A Crenshaw DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC, ANP-BC, FAANP
Dr. Nichole Crenshaw is an Associate Professor of Clinical and Associate Dean of Undergraduate Nursing Programs at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. She is also Associate Provost for DEI at the University of Miami. Dr. Crenshaw has been a nurse for 27 years and a nurse practitioner for over 16 years and currently practices in a cardiovascular ICU. Dr. Crenshaw is a leader in advancing simulation bridging the gap between didactic instruction and clinical practice. As an expert acute care clinician, she has taught and mentored hundreds of students, nurses, and NPs. Dr. Crenshaw was inducted into the Fellows of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2020.
