William E. Rosa is an RWJF Future of Nursing Scholar, University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Philadelphia, PA and palliative care NP, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY. Demonstrating exemplary service to NP practice and education through advocacy for compassionate healthcare and global health advancement, he is the editor of three books and over 100 publications. He has received numerous awards, including AANP’s 2018 NY State Award for Excellence. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (11/18), the American College of Critical Care Medicine, and the New York Academy of Medicine.
