Diana Lynn Jacobson PhD, RN, PPCNP-BC, PMHS, FAANP
Dr. Jacobson is Professor Emeritus at Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. She specializes in the primary care and treatment of infants, children and adolescents with a special emphasis on development, behavioral issues and mental health. Her healthy lifestyle interventions focusing on building cognitive skills and improving knowledge have demonstrated efficacy in clinical trials. Through her mentorship and teaching, numerous PNP students continue to deliver competent, comprehensive care in their communities. She was awarded the 2013 Nurse Practitioner Educator of the Year by the AFPNP.
