Terri Marin PhD, NNP-BC, FAAN, FAANP, FNAP
Dr. Marin is a tenured Associate Professor for Augusta University School of Nursing, with expertise as a neonatal researcher and educator. She is currently the Neonatal Editor for the Journal of Perinatal and Neonatal Nursing. She impacted APN practice by developing and teaching in two NNP programs and mentoring NP students through scholarly project development and has also excelled as a researcher to guide neonatal practice change. Dr. Marin's awards include Fellow of the American Academy of Nurses (FAAN), Distinguished Scholar Fellow for the National Academies of Practice, President for the Florida Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Georgia Association of Neonatal Nurses; Director-at-Large, National Association of Neonatal Nurses; first NP to be inducted as member in the Southern Society of Pediatric Research; first NP to gain membership into the Neonatal Kidney Collaborative, Distinguished Alumnus Award for the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Outstanding Alumni Award for University of Tennessee; Kim Nolan Spirit Award (FANNP), and Outstanding PhD Faculty, The Graduate School at Augusta University.
